Why Wildflowers are Special!
I grew up backpacking in the wilderness of California. I admit that I hated sleeping on the ground and eating freeze dried food! However, what I gained from these adventures was a deep appreciation for the beauty of nature I would look at a beautiful
mountain scene or wildflower and try to burn it into my memory (this was long before the convenience of cell phones)!

Do your senses feel the serenity and the joyful colors of the wildflowers after all they have endured? That is why these prints are called “Heavenly”.

I hope my paintings in this collection help you have this profound experience. After all, WE DESERVE IT!

Each of these 6 watercolor paintings has a unique expression of majesty, peace and beauty.
The impressionistic style invites you in to pause and appreciates the amazing details in nature.

Massive Mount Rainier can be seen from hundreds of miles away on a clear day.
Settled near Tacoma and Seattle this beauty is truly awesome to behold! On the flip-side, local populations are always concerned about Rainier's volcanic nature.
I hope this painting reminds those that have visited Paradise in the Spring!
Grand Teton is a premier mountaineering destination due to jagged peaks and diverse ascents.
Before French trappers named them, Shoshone natives called them the "Three Brothers".
The town of Jackson Hole makes this a fun destination (even in winter)!
The mist in these mountains draws you in to all the possibilities that lie beyond. The Lupin and wildflowers in the foreground predict optimism.
The early morning fog is just starting to dissipate. Anxious wildflowers are anticipating moisture and will soon be full of bloom! The ebb and flow of Nature is so satisfying.
These pink flowers, keep me focused on the positive and brave as I move forward. In this painting the path is right in front of me but the way to move forward is unclear.
Just like many things in life, there are probably several good options!
The dark clouds foretell of the storm approaching. The pink flowers can be imagined to be wind blown but not too terribly. We all will survive this!
Every once in a while, we encounter a difficulty. It feels good when we are strengthened from the process.

Marion Irwin is creative with a passion for visual storytelling. She spent over 20 years as an Art Director for a Fortune 500 company before launching a successful online business selling Kentucky Derby hats and vintage-inspired fashion, beloved by Disney, Hollywood, and thousands of costume lovers.
Today, Marion expresses her creativity through watercolor and capturing the quiet beauty of nature with warmth and serenity. Her work has been featured in juried exhibitions and is collected internationally.
She found painting later in life, inspired by many kind voices who believed she should share her work. What began as uncertainty, became a pursuit of purpose.
Hearing your responses, words of encouragement, and personal reflections has been the most rewarding part of this journey. Knowing that her art can offer a sense of comfort, peace, or the feeling that better days are ahead, is both moving and motivational.
