I can look at Marion's paintings for hours at a time and they always leave me refreshed.
It's obvious that the artist has a strong connection to nature because her trees and flowers are done with such feeling!

Vero Beach, FL
I’ve faced some intense moments in life—but never a hurricane or a tornado.
We had both October 2024, during our first hurricane season in Vero Beach, Florida.
Hurricane Milton's 84mph gusts were accompanied by powerful EF3 tornadoes—stronger than most locals had ever seen. The rain was relentless. The wind howled. It was terrifying and surreal.
The destruction was extensive. 😟
Roofs were ripped away. Towering trees that once shaded entire streets lost their limbs—and all of their leaves. The landscape looked shattered.
Bit by bit, the dump trucks came. Debris was cleared.
And slowly, almost miraculously, the trees began to grow new leaves. Many had seemed lifeless—but they were quietly holding on. 👍
That quiet resilience moved me deeply.
It was in the serene stillness that followed — the calm after the storm — that inspired me to paint the trees.
Each piece in this collection reflects that feeling of hard-won peace. The trees, like us, are healing. Each one is finding its way back to beauty, carrying the strength of what it survived.
The Tranquility Collection art is for anyone who has weathered their own storm.
May it bring you the peace you deserve. 😊
The Tranquility Collection features five expressive watercolor paintings, each capturing a unique tree in the process of healing after a powerful hurricane and tornado.
These trees stand as quiet symbols of resilience, tranquility, and hope—painted in soft color palettes that evoke a feeling of calm and optimism.
Each piece reflects a different stage of recovery, offering its own quiet message of peace, strength, and renewal.
The impressionistic style invites you to pause, reflect, and find beauty in the small things—a tender new leaf, a delicate bloom.
This collection is a gentle reminder that even after the storm, life finds a way to grow again.
